Adding an individual as a Co-Owner gives them complete Admin privileges across your account. Co-Owners can access any profile in the student, staff, and parent directories, and they can adjust settings on your account.

Adding an individual as a Youth Worker gives them access to the student, staff, and parent directories. Youth Workers can also add and remove Volunteers. Youth Workers DO NOT have access to your account settings.

Adding an individual as a Volunteer gives them access to information about any students that are assigned to them. Volunteers can view their student profiles, the staff directory, and the parent directory. Volunteers can also add new students to the application.
