Whale Mission

I am totally into the TV show Whale Wars on Animal Plant; don’t get me wrong I am not about saving the whales even though I think they are awesome. I am into the mission of the Sea Shepherd. If you haven’t watched this show it’s about a group of activists that do battle with whalers from Japan who they say are whaling illegally.  The Sea Shepherd’s crew will do anything they can to stop the Japanese from throwing acid on the dead whales to ruining the meat, harassing the whaling boats and even ramming them with their boat. It’s unbelievable; the captain of the activists’ boat is willing to do anything to stop the whalers. When each whale dies the crew goes through this gut-wrenching emotion almost like a best friend dying.

I am captivated by the sacrifices these people go through for a big fish or what they call the great mission of their lives. Yet, what about us? Have we called our team to a great mission? Have we made the goal so compelling that our people make great sacrifices to complete the mission? How about you, are you willing to do anything to reach students?
