Leaders must realize open and honest communication between each other, is key to a to leading a successful team. Use these 4 questions everyday to help you and each member of your team have open communication:

1.    How are you feeling personally and concerning the team?
2.    What can I do to meet your needs?
3.    What do you think the teams’ greatest needs are?
4.    What is one action step we can take to move our team toward greatness?
