No One Runs In Heaven

By Doug Franklin January 8, 2013

I was reading a book by Ken Gire the other night and he pointed out the Bible never talks about someone running in heaven. This thought captured my mind and I started to wonder, “Could heaven by free of busyness?” When I’ve thought about heaven in the past, I always see myself walking with Jesus or talking with other believers. I have never thought about having something to do, I thought only of enjoying Christ. I guess subconsciously, knowing that God has everything under control has freed me from my activity. Heaven seems more like a place of worship and discovery than a beehive of activity. So if no one is running around heaven why am I running around earth?
