Living Leadership

There are many benefits to having a student leadership team, but one you may not have considered is your own leadership growth. When we teach students to be leaders, there’s pressure to live out those leadership principles in our own lives. It’s challenging to have students watch how we live leadership, but it can be the very thing that pushes us to our best. Surveys say that many youth workers don’t have leadership teams because they don’t understand leadership. Don’t let this stop you – see it as a great opportunity to go on a learning adventure with your students.
