Leading From Your Toes

By Doug Franklin May 13, 2010

In leadership you never arrive; change is always happening, so you have to stay on your toes. There is never a time when you can put a system in place, train people to run it and walk away. Situations, resources and people’s gifts will change, so you will have to change your system. The other day a leader asked me, “when will it end and we can relax?” Never, because a leader’s work is to always do more with less.

Allow God to work through your leadership, not just to accomplish tasks, but to build you into the person he wants you to be.
