LeaderTreks Coaching exists to help you confront and overcome your biggest challenges in youth ministry. Our hybrid style of coaching combines focused resources and one-on-one coaching sessions. You’ll receive downloadable tools and resources, and you’ll connect with members of our coaching team in a series of three, one hour, one-on-one coaching sessions via phone, Skype, or Zoom.
OUR MINISTRY MODEL
At LeaderTreks, we believe that healthy youth ministries are built upon meaningful relationships, intentional programming, transformational discipleship, partnering with parents, and student leadership—what we call the Intentional Youth Ministry Model. LeaderTreks Coaching utilizes this model as the basis of our training and instruction. Using this model, we help youth workers discover where they are, where they want to be, and how to get there.
