Give Away Youth Ministry

I have a challenge for you; identify and train one person in your ministry who you can give a leadership position, by the fall. This is a big challenge, you will need to identify the right person, give them the right training and mentoring, then empower them to lead. If you are up for the challenge, your reward will be the ability to work in your strengths next fall. After all, if you can give away a portion of your ministry to a new leader, you will be free to lead in an area where you feel strong.
