Coaching is a Commitment
This whole week I’ve written about coaching your small leaders in youth ministry. I’ve given tips and suggestions for how to effectively coach your small group leaders toward more effective ministry. The truth is, while all of this can be easy to write about, it is quite a lot of work to pull off. Coaching your small leaders take a lot of commitment on your part. The better of a coach you are, the better your small group leaders will be, and the better they’ll be cared for. Be committed to your leaders and they’ll be committed to your ministry.
