3 Levels of Relationship

Building relationships must go beyond “what is your name?” If we want students to know we care about them we need to move the conversation deeper. Students will not listen to people they don’t think care about them. Check out these levels of relationship, and then train your adult volunteers to move past level one and to begin developing deeper transformational relationships.

Level One You Know Their;

Level Two You Know Their;
Likes/dislikes
Stupid human tricks
Hobbies/sports
Friend group

Level Three You Know Their;
Struggles
Passions
Burdens
Fears
Goals
